Dazaifu Tenmangu Shrine

Dazaifu Tenmangu is dedicated to Sugawara no Michizane, who is revered as the god of learning.
As one of the most prominent shrines in Kyushu, it attracts countless visitors from across Japan and abroad, who come to pray for academic success, passing exams, and the fulfillment of their studies.

With a history spanning over 1,100 years since its founding, Dazaifu Tenmangu continues to preserve its traditions and cultural legacy to this day.
